The 3rd book I have read this term!

This is the 3rd book I have finished this term. The one I have just finished is Dear Dump Diary my pants are haunted. It was a good book but not one of my favorites, because it wasn't that interesting the story and it is something I wouldn't read. The story was about a girl that wanted to be cool but everything turned into a mess so she blamed her pants that then made them haunted. I have a book at home that I just started to read I am enjoying it lots so I think I will bring that book in to school.

But if you have a book that you enjoyed please tell me so I could try it out.

Who is Sirocco?

''People will come up to me and ask who is Sirocco''?
To me that is a really easy question to answer, because I have seen him read about him and talked about him. You probably thought that he was a human, but he is a Kakapo but not just any Kakapo he is a very special Kakapo. When Sirocco was little he got ill and was taken away from his family. He was got looked after a lot by Humans. As the years went by Sirocco got much older. He had forgot about who he really was, because he thought he was a human. It was a serious matter back then because they wanted Kakapo's  to breed. But Sirocco wanted a human as his mate. They tried everything they could but it wouldn't work. They ended up putting him in a room where people could look at him, he loved seeing new people come to look at him. So they thought and thought of an idea and they finally thought of something, Sirocco could travel around New Zealand so people could get to meet him and learn about Sirocco and his specie. He has raised lots of money so he can help other Kakapo's. And the plan worked well, because Sirocco is now famous. That is how I have met Sirocco, he stayed in stayed in Zelandia which is in Wellington. He is coming back in 2013, so you have a chance to meet him:)

Weather read

Hot shinning sun
flickers in the clouds
blue bright sky
spreads eye wide

Rain weeps tears
dead dried grounds, turn chocolaty brown
lakes get filled to tip top grounds

I look out the window
and say the weather today is.....

The silliest book I have read

This week I am reading Dear Dumb Diary, I have nearly finished reading it. Their are 127 pages and the page I am on is144. What has happened in the story is she has just found out that her pants are haunted, and her friend has become very popular. I am enjoying the book and I would probably read it again. I wont talk about what book I am going to read next because I have no idea what to read.
But if you have an idea please leave a message?

Good News

''Guess what, I have finished the Boy in the Striped Pyjama's book''. I am very happy because now I can start a new book. People in my class said it would be a sad at the end of the book, but to me it wasn't to sad luckly I didn't get up to the bit where I would start crying becuse I didn't. All I can say is it is a book enybody would enjoy, it is a good story line. So now I can watch the movie as well as cry.

My teacher Stephanie has offered me a book it sounds intiresting, while I waite for the book I am reading a book that I found called Dear Dump Diary my Pants Are Hauted! But the book Stephanie has told me about has planets gravety changes damage it all sounds cool.

Where is the rain in Tawa?

Where is the rain in Tawa?

The weather in Tawa is boiling hot like a wheat bag. The grass is all dead and rabbits aren't fed. But where is the water we need? There is no clouds, all except for a blue sky with a very strong sun. The blue sky sometimes looks like a painted sky with strokes of light and dark blue. All of the grass on peoples lawns have been cut. All I ask for is.......
When will the wet weather come?

My reading reflection

This week I have been reading the Boy in the Striped Pyjamas. I was also reading Hoki the Kakapo but I had to take it back to the library on Monday. I have got good news I have only got three chapters left in the book but it is probably going to get sad. I have read 186 pages and there are only 215 pages in the whole book. I hope I finish this book of next week and if I do I will look for a book in the library, I am not sure what book I will get but it will be a surprise for next's weeks book reflection.
